Shannon reports goods as finished to the output location for the production line in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3

The changes in the hotfix resolve this issue.
In Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, you could define only one default a production output location for each warehouse. If you install this hotfix, you can specify a production output location for each production line. The production line is defined by the production route. When reporting a production order or batch order as finished, the output location for the resource group that is associated with the last operation on the route will be used. If an output location is not defined for the resource group for the last operation, the default production output location for the warehouse is used.
