Symptoms

When you create a credit note from a sales order line by using a license plate controlled location in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, you receive the following warning message:
"License plate specified on a non-license plate controlled location."

Resolution

The changes in the hotfix include clearing the InventDimNew.LicensePlateId field.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
