To work around this issue, use the following methods in the order in which they are presented.
NOTE: Because there are several versions of Microsoft Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.
Method 1: Uninstall Go!Zilla
To uninstall Go!Zilla, follow these steps:
- On the taskbar, click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- In Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- In the Add/Remove Programs Properties dialog box, click Go!Zilla, and then click Add/Remove.
- In the Select Uninstall Method dialog box that appears, click Automatic, and then click Next.
- Click Finish. If a Remove Shared Component dialog box appears, click Yes to All.
- Click OK to restart the computer.
Method 2: Repair Microsoft Internet Explorer
If the problem is not resolved, attempt to repair Internet Explorer. To do this, follow these steps:
- On the taskbar, click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- In Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- In the Add/Remove Programs Properties dialog box, click Internet Explorer 5.5 SP1 and Internet Tools, and then click Add/Remove.
- In the Internet Explorer 5.5 and Internet Tools dialog box, click Repair Internet Explorer, then click OK, and then click Yes to confirm the repair.
- Click Yes to restart the computer.
Step 3: Reinstall Microsoft Internet Explorer
If you are unable to repair Internet Explorer, obtain and install a new copy of it.
