The "access denied" error may be displayed on the partner website due to the following scenarios:
- The page you are trying to access is only available to members of the Microsoft Partner Network. If you are not yet a member, join now.
- You are not using the same Microsoft account that you used to join the Microsoft Partner Network.
- The page you are trying to access is only accessible to members of a specific branch of the Microsoft Partner Network that you are not a member of.
- Your organization's membership in the Microsoft Partner Network might be expired.
Note: If you believe this to be the case, you can check your membership status here. The page will display next steps if your membership has expired.
Troubleshooting steps
If you were able to access the portal previously, your membership is not expired, please proceed with below steps:
- Close all open web browsers
- Open browser of choice
- Clear cookies and cache
- Open your browser of choice again (recommend using InPrivate browsing)
- Go to https://partner.microsoft.com/support
- Sign in with the email account that you used to join the Microsoft Partner Network.
Check the current Account logged in:
- When logged in to the partner website go to the top right an hover over the account.
- Confirm this is the account associated with your Microsoft Partner Network Account.
- If not Sign out, close the browser and sign-in (InPrivate browsing) with the correct account
Support Options
If you believe that you should have access to the requested page, but still are unable to access, visit the partner website. Select Area = Other, Category = Cannot find support path and Topic = Help navigating support (excluding LATAM) under Get Support. Select Chat with Microsoft Support under the Support options.
