Symptoms

The RetailCDXDownloadSessionDataStoreLog is not used anywhere in the Dynamics AX database. However, it is populated.

Resolution

The changes in the hotfix include excluding both download session log and upload session log from monitoring data sync.

You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 installed to apply this hotfix.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
