Summary

This article describes the support policies for Microsoft Azure Market Place for Virtual Machines.

Microsoft support is limited to the Microsoft Azure platform and services, and a support case through support agreement is required to engage the Azure support team.

Support is available to customers who purchased a valid Azure support plan.

Microsoft Support does not offer assistance in the design, architecture, development or deployment of applications or solutions on Azure. 

Technical support for Azure Store for Virtual Machines applications and images is provided directly by the vendor. Customers should contact the vendor directly. For more information, refer to the following table.
