System Message 916 is received when you send a Project Invoice to a one time receiver in a Windows Authenticated database

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario in Flexible Billings in Microsoft Dynamics SL:

After an invoice is sent to a customer, you sign in to Microsoft Dynamics SL as a user who is not the system administrator, and use the Edit Quick Send Requests (21.010.00) screen to Send to One-time Receiver.

When you do this, you receive an error:

System Message 916: The server principal "domain\username" is not able to
                    access the database "WinAuthSys" under the current security
                    context.

Resolution
