This article describes an issue in which the server application receives data only when you use Windows Embedded Compact 2013-based device as a server in TCP connection. When the server application calls sleep API or is busy to receive data from socket, the server buffer overruns and loses RX interrupt forever. The client closes the connection because there is no Acknowledge (ACK) from the server-side. When the client tries to establish TCP connection again, the device may hang or cannot connect.
A hotfix is available to resolve this issue. The hotfix requests all previously issued updates for this product have also been installed.
