Translation issue on a German language computer that is running Windows RT 8.1 or Windows 8.1

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

  • You have a computer that is running Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, or Windows Server 2012 R2 in a German language.
  • You open the Settings charm, and then you tap or click the Network icon to view your network connections. 
In this scenario, the View Connection Settings in German version translates to Verbindungsteinstellungen anzeigen, but it should be Verbindungseinstellungen anzeigen.

Resolution
