ASMCUSvc.exe process crashes on multiple Lync Server 2010 servers after a Lync meeting is ended

Symptoms

You install a March 2013 cumulative update or a later version of update for Microsoft Lync Server 2010. A Lync meeting is created, and then ended in the Lync Server 2010 environment. In this situation, the ASMCUSvc.exe process may crash on multiple Lync Server 2010 servers in the environment within one hour.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the following cumulative update:
2973935 Update 2973935 for Lync Server 2010, Conferencing Server: June 2014
