According to the order of the Pension Fund of Russian Federation No 2p from January 16, 2014, a new format of the regulatory report RSV-1 is introduced starting the first quarter of year 2014.
The update covers the changes in the format for RSV-1 report starting year 2014 provided to Pension Fund quarterly.
A new report provides combined company data and individual employee's data in both formats: paper and XML.
- RSV-1 register is introduced for the maintenance of the data required for RSV-1 report preparation.
- The paper format (2014) of RSV-1 report can be created from the register.
- The XML format (2014) of RSV-1 report can be created from the register.
According to the Federal Law No 426-FZ from December 28, 2013, a new procedure of work conditions estimation is introduced. It extends the existing list of work condition classes. To comply with the requirements, the following changes are implemented:
- The possibility to create user-defined list of work condition classes.
- Handling of the work condition classes for the applicable staff schedule positions.
According to the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development, a new format of the regulatory form 4-FSS is introduced starting the first quarter of year 2014. To comply with this requirement the following change is implemented:
- Updated format of the legal report 4-FSS provided to Social Insurance Fund quarterly
According to the order of Russian Federal Tax service No ММВ-7-3/501@ from November 14, 2013, the legal report 2-NDFL is updated:
- "OKTMO" codes are used instead of "OKATO" codes
According to Article 288 of the Tax Code of Russian Federation No 146-FZ from July 31, 1998 (update from December 3, 2013), for the companies having separate divisions profit tax must be calculated proportionally for each division. The average numbers of employees (or the wage fund) in each separate division is used as the criterion of profit tax proportional calculation. To comply with the requirements the following changes are implemented:
- The average number of employees can be calculated for each separate division in the Payroll module.
- The wage fund can be calculated for each separate division in the Payroll module.
- The results of the average number or fund calculation can be accessed through the protocol in the Payroll module.
According to the order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection No 182n from April 30, 2013, legislative requirements for the report about the earnings used for SIF contributions for two previous years were changed. To comply with the requirements, a new format of the report is developed. The main changes are as follows:
- Multiple working periods are used in the report instead of only one.
- The number of reporting years can be more than three if an employee has maternity leave or child-care vacations.
- The report contains the information about the total number of excluded days of each year and the detailed information about each exclusion case within the each year.
