Introduction

This article describes a country-specific update for updating the length of Extended Data Type (EDT) TaxWithholdAcknowledgementNumber_IN for File Validation Utility (FVU) 4.2 for India in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

The length of the 15CA acknowledgement number field is updated from 12 to 15.

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
