Assessments completed in Partner University are not credited toward the requirements for a competency or Action Pack in the Partner Membership Center.
It can take up to two business days for completed assessments to appear in the Partner Membership Center.
If it has been longer than two days since you completed the assessment and it is not credited, follow the steps below to download a copy of your “Certificate of Completion.”

1. Begin at the Partner University (https://partneruniversity.microsoft.com)

2. You will be prompted to sign in, use your personal Microsoft account (formerly known as Windows Live ID). This must be the same Microsoft account that was used to complete the activity.

3. Select My achievements, a list of all your completed courses/assessments will be available.

4. Find the course/assessment in the list and select Print Certificate. You can then print to a printer or a PDF.

5. Save the PDF file and send it to your Regional Service Center.
