DNS server crashes after you install update 2919355 for Windows Server 2012 R2.

Symptoms

Assume that you have a Domain Name System (DNS) server on Windows Server 2012 R2, and the DNS service is configured to load zone information from a file during startup. After you apply the update 2919355, the DNS server may crash and result in a restart loop.
