Enrollment and Eligibility for Hosting Incentives Program

This article outlines the enrollment process and eligibility requirements of the Hosting Incentives Program.

Enrollment

The “Partner Administrator” for eligible partners will receive an invitation to log into the Partner Incentives Experience platform. The Partner Administrator is determined by the partner, during initial enrollment profile validation. 

The partner company is solely responsible for ensuring that only its authorized employees have access to the Partner Incentives Experience platform, and that the Partner Company will promptly remove or deny access to those company employees that are no longer associated with the company, or no longer need to access the Partner Incentives Experience platform. Invitation period Invitations will be valid for 30 days and partners must onboard within this timeframe. If onboarding is not completed within this timeframe, earnings will be forfeited for this earning period.

Partner eligibility

Participation in the Hosting Partner Incentive is by invitation only. Named eligible partners will be invited to participate in the Hosting Partner Incentive. Partners may opt-out of the incentive program, provided they submit a written request to their channel executive and HIPOut@microsoft.com, stating that they would not like to participate in the Hoster incentive program for the full FY19 program year.

Once a partner has selected to opt out of the FY19 program year, they will forfeit earnings earned and the ability to regain entry for the program year.  To be eligible to receive an invitation to participate in the Hosting Incentive, a partner must meet the following criteria on or before May 31, 2018.
