A partner’s eligibility to participate in the FY20 Commercial Distributor incentives requires:
An active MPN membership
To be eligible to participate in the FY20 Commercial Distributor incentives, a partner must have acted as an Authorized Commercial Distributor, transacting in or performing qualifying activities under Open Volume Licensing (Open License, Open Value; Open Value Subscription), School, Full Package Products (FPP), and/or Electronic Software Download (ESD) licensing.
By participating in Commercial Distributor incentives, the partner affirms that it has agreed to all rules, terms, and policies contained within the Microsoft Channel Partner Authorization (Distributor), the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) Agreement, which incorporates general terms applicable to all partner incentives (it may be referred to as the Microsoft Channel Incentive Agreement (MCIA)), and the Commercial Distributor Incentive Guide.
The terms within these documents will apply to all incentive payments paid to partner. Partners who have questions related to their status against the requirements to earn this incentive may contact their Local Channel Development Manager (CDM), Partner Community Marketing Manager (PCMM), or Partner Development Manager (PDM) (https://mspartner.microsoft.com) for more information. Partners meeting the eligibility criteria are deemed eligible for the FY20 Commercial Distributor incentives, provided they remain in compliance with all rules, terms, and policies contained within the documents.
