What is the schedule of the incentive payment cycle?

  1. When will my rebate be paid?
  2. When can I expect to get my Coop payment?
  1. For rebate payments:
    • The rebate payments will be paid out within 45 days after end of every quarter.
  2. For Coop claim payments (applicable to Authorized Devices Reseller (ADR) only):
    • The payment cycles start on every 15th of the month. If the 15th falls on a public holiday or weekend, the payment run will start on the next working day.
    • The funds will be disbursed within 30 days after the start of the payment run.
