MR Claims and Rebates Contact Information

Claim Pre-approval:

The Microsoft Commercial Coop Pre Approval (COMMPRE) team at commpre@microsoft.com helps you to resolve any inquiries you may have before the submission of a claim, in order to avoid any rejections when submitting a claim on CHIP.

MD Plan / Claim Approval:

Your Partner Sales Executive (PSE) is responsible for reviewing and approving all Market Development (MD) Plans. Once your PSE has approved your MD Plan, the Microsoft Commercial Coop Proof of Execution Team (COMMPOE) will review and approve your claim submission. Please allow 3 working days for a claim to be reviewed by the COMMPOE team.
