Introduction

This article describes that a hotfix is available to save items specification in advance invoice and use it in printing format of advance invoice in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1).

More Information

After you apply this hotfix, items specification section is saved in advance invoice from a sales order and is shown in printing format of advance invoice, respectively. Items specification for advance credit memo is saved from initial invoice which is corrected. When you relink posted advance invoice to another sales order, items specification is taken from the new linked sales order.

Prerequisites

You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 installed to apply this hotfix.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
