Symptoms

In a Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 8, or Windows Server 2012 environment, you change a scheduled task to use the RandomDelay parameter. However, after you make this change, the task may not run as expected.

We have released updates for Windows Server 2012 R2 or Windows 8.1, and we have released hotfixes for Windows Server 2012 or Windows 8.
