More Information

Claims with a status of ‘Non-Compliant’ contain comments from the Claim validation team (COMMPOE), along with instructions on how to resubmit a claim.

To view the comments from COMMPOE, please follow the below steps:  
  1. Open the Channel Incentives Platform tool (CHIP) and log in with your Microsoft Account (previous Live ID).
  2. Click View Claim Summary.
  3. Go to Search type and select Search by Claim.
  4. Enter the claim number.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Click the claim number.
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find a comments box.

You will find the comments from the COMMPOE team in the comments box.
