XWEB: Cannot Post to a Public Folder with "Drag and Drop" Posting Set to "Forward"

Symptoms

When an Exchange 2000 public folder is set to Forward mode instead of Drag and Drop, Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) users may not be able to post to the folder. The OWA user receives the following error message:

Resolution

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
