Cannot drag a distribution group to change position in your contact list in Lync 2013

Symptoms

Assume that you try to drag a distribution group (DG) in your contact list in Microsoft Lync 2013. In this situation, the position of the distribution group cannot be changed.

To resolve this issue, install the following update:
