Symptoms

When you use the new MediaStreamSource API for JavaScript and you try to use the IMFMediaStreamSourceSampleRequest interface in Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2, the operation that tries to obtain the interface fails together with an "E_NOINTERFACE" error.
