More Information

All Market Development Plans should be submitted 30 business days before the relevant marketing activity was executed. It is important to note activities must take place before the end of Microsoft fiscal half. 

The deadline for Cooperative Marketing (Coop) Fund Claim submissions is 45 days after the end of the usage period.

  1. Open MR Activation kit website.
  2. Download copy of the Managed Reseller Coop Fund Guidebook.

You can also view Coop claim and POE submission deadlines in your CHIP dashboard.
  1. Open CHIP and login with your Microsoft Account (previous Live ID). 
  2. Select Rebates.
  3. The submission dates for the different periods will be visible in the dashboard.
