ESRSetup.MODIFY;
BackupFilename := ESRSetup."Backup Folder" + 'ESR' + ESRSetup."Last Backup No." + '.BAK';

// Delete the following lines.
IF EXISTS(ESRSetup."ESR Filename") AND (NOT EXISTS(BackupFilename)) THEN BEGIN
FileMgt.CopyClientFile(ESRSetup."ESR Filename",BackupFilename,TRUE);
IF NOT EXISTS(BackupFilename) THEN
// End of the lines.

MESSAGE(Text014);
END ELSE
MESSAGE(Text014);
...

Replacement code

...
ESRSetup."Last Backup No." := INCSTR(ESRSetup."Last Backup No.");
ESRSetup.MODIFY;
BackupFilename := ESRSetup."Backup Folder" + 'ESR' + ESRSetup."Last Backup No." + '.BAK';

// Add the following lines.
IF FileMgt.ClientFileExists(ESRSetup."ESR Filename") AND (NOT FileMgt.ClientFileExists(BackupFilename)) THEN BEGIN
FileMgt.CopyClientFile(ESRSetup."ESR Filename",BackupFilename,TRUE);
IF NOT FileMgt.ClientFileExists(BackupFilename) THEN
// End of the lines.

MESSAGE(Text014);
END ELSE
MESSAGE(Text014);
...
