Some QSA items cannot be displayed in Internet Explorer 11

Symptoms

Occasionally, the Quick Site Access (QSA) uses a width that is too narrow. This makes it impossible to see your right-most QSA items such as tabs, favorites, and frequents in Internet Explorer 11.
