This diagnostic package collects Microsoft Dynamics NAV Reminder and Finance Charge Memo information by connecting to your specific SQL Server instance. The tool collects setup information and Reminder and Finance Charge Memo related information in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The information is collected for a single customer. In addition to selecting the instance of SQL Server, database and company name, users will also be prompted to enter the following information:
  • Customer No.
  • Date
