More Information

According to the Federal Law No 212-FZ from June 24, 2009, in case of mistakes found in reports provided to Pension Fund, Social Insurance Fund or Medical Insurance Fund, the corrective reports must be additionally provided. Corrections can affect not only monetary part of the reports but the quantitative section as well. To comply with the requirements the average number of employees, calculation’s algorithm has been modified:
  • Users can control where to include or not corrective documents (registered after the calculation period) when calculating the average number of employees.

According to Article 288 of the Tax Code of Russian Federation No 146-FZ from July 31, 1998 (update from December 3, 2013), for the companies having separate divisions profit tax must be calculated proportionally for each division. The average numbers of employees (or the wage fund) in each separate division is used as the criterion of profit tax proportional calculation. To comply with the requirements the following changes have been implemented:
  • The average number of employees can be calculated for each separate division in Payroll module.
  • The wage fund can be calculated for each separate division in Payroll module.
  • The integration between Payroll and General Ledger modules allows automatic Payroll data (average number or wage fund) utilization in General Ledger during the profit tax calculation.
According to the order of Russian Federal Tax service No ММВ-7-3/501@ from 14th of November 2013, the legal report form 2-NDFL has been updated:

  • "OKTMO" codes are used instead of "OKATO" codes.
