Update resolves a Windows Store app issue and a printer issue

Symptoms

This update fixes the following issues in Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2, and Windows RT 8.1.
Issue 1
Assume that you use a Windows Store app on a computer. When you quickly interact with the UI of the app (for example, you keep clicking a button), the app may crash.
Issue 2
When you try to print by using a printer driver that use non-square pixel resolutions, Windows may not print correctly.
