With this update Microsoft provides changes in existing functionality:
- Electronic ICP declaration
- Electronic OB declaration
- Electronic tax declaration parameters
ICP and VAT declarations will be created the same way as before hot fix installation. But the format of XML files is changed to be compliant with NL Dutch Taxonomy version 8.0. There are no changes in the data collection and preparation logic.
The path for declarations creation and submission: General ledger > Periodic > Sales tax payments > Netherlands
Setup of the electronic declaration through Digipoort assumes the following steps:
- define contact and service bureau options if applicable
- define time out for the connection to the services and uploading the declaration
- define workfolder for xml files
- define valid certificates for connection to Digipoort services
- define number sequences for messages identification
- define address of the company, or change the default one
When submitting electronic declarations, system will generate statuses and collect errors if any come from Digipoort services.

Additional notes:· Before install hotfix you should process all old declarations because old functions will be disabled after installation of the hotfix.
· You should install certificates in the certificate store on the client computer for local machine certificate tree (Personal and Trusted People for client and server certificates accordingly).
· If users need to process an error during request sending as business error and set Error status for the declaration after getting such error they have to setup the error codes in the General ledger > Setup > Sales tax > Netherlands > Electronic tax error messages form.
· Button Import XML enabled only if the status of the OB/ICP declaration is Created or Acknowledgement. Otherwise it's disabled.
