FIX: Microsoft Service for DRDA gets stuck in a "Stopping" status when there are active DRDA sessions

Symptoms

You try to shut down the Microsoft Service for Distributed Relational Database Architecture (DRDA) while there are still active DRDA sessions. However, the service gets stuck in a status of Stopping and cannot be controlled.

This problem occurs when a disconnect is not returned in a timely manner.

The fix that resolves this problem is included in Cumulative Update 1  for Microsoft Host Integration Server 2013.
