FIX: Connection Manager times out without connecting for about 2 minutes when multiple connection requests are made at the same time on a Windows Embedded Compact 7-based device

Symptoms

Assume that you have a Windows Embedded Compact 7-based device that supports multiple network connections. When the device is trying to connect to two networks at the same time, the Connection Manager may time out without connecting, which lasts for approximately 2 minutes.

Restart requirement

After you apply this update, you must perform a clean build of the whole platform. To do this, use one of the following methods:
  • On the Build menu, click Clean Solution, and then click Build Solution.
  • On the Build menu, click Rebuild Solution.
You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this software update.

This update does not replace any other updates.
