Predictive text is not displayed when you interact with RTL text by using a touch keyboard in Windows 8.1

Symptoms

Assume that you use a touch keyboard to type on certain webpages or in email messages in Windows 8.1. When you interact with Right-to-Left (RTL) text, predictive text is not displayed.

Note This issue occurs when the RTL Bi-Directional marker is used. The marker is used when RTL text has been used.

Update information

To resolve this issue, install the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. To do this, go to Microsoft Update.
