Only a single character is allowed in the disclaimer content in ECP

Symptoms

Assume that you log on to Exchange Control Panel (ECP) in an environment that has Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 3 (SP3) installed. You create a disclaimer transport rule in ECP. In this situation, only a single character is allowed to be set as the disclaimer content.

Cause

This issue occurs because a new attribute that is introduced in Service Pack 3 does not match the coding in Windows Internet Explorer.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the following update rollup:
