Symptoms

In Microsoft Access 2000, when you use the Zoom builder, double-byte character set (DBCS) characters in tables are not displayed correctly.

Cause

The zoom functionality, which comes from the Utility.mda, is unable to display DBCS characters.

Resolution

To correct this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office 2000.
