Introduction

The .NET Framework 4.5.2 Developer Pack is a single package that installs the .NET Framework 4.5.2 together with the .NET Framework Multi-targeting pack for the .NET Framework 4.5.2. Developers can build applications that are targeting the .NET Framework 4.5.2 by using either Visual Studio 2013, Visual Studio 2012, or third-party Integrated Development Environments (IDEs). You have to download the Web Installer instead of this package if you intend to redistribute the .NET Framework 4.5.2.
