FIX: Update improves scrolling performance when you use the arrow keys in Internet Explorer 7 in Windows Embedded Compact 7

Symptoms

When you scroll horizontally in Windows Internet Explorer 7 by using the arrow keys on a Windows Embedded Compact 7-based device, the scrolling speed is slower than it is in Internet Explorer on a Windows Embedded CE 6-based device. 

This update improves horizontal scrolling performance when you use the arrow keys in Internet Explorer 7 for Windows Embedded Compact 7.

Restart requirement

After you apply this update, you must perform a clean build of the whole platform. To do this, use one of the following methods:
  • On the Build menu, click Clean Solution, and then click Build Solution.
  • On the Build menu, click Rebuild Solution.
You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this software update.

Update replacement information

This update does not replace any other updates.
