Fixes and Improvements

Fixes the following issues:

Assume that you install Microsoft Office 2010 and Adobe Reader on your computer. When you open a PDF document that contains text that has the font set to Arial Narrow, the text may not be displayed correctly. Additionally, you may receive the following error message:
Cannot find or create the font 'ArialNarrow-Bold'. Some characters may not display correctly.
Assume that you open an Excel workbook that contains a PivotTable that is based on an Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) database. When you filter the data fields in the PivotTable, fields that contain the tilde (~) character or the caret (^) character may not be displayed correctly.
