XADM: Exchange 2000 Information Store Runs Sluggishly with VSOM Error Messages

Symptoms

Exchange 2000 Server may log VSOM (JET version store out of memory) error messages in the Application event log when there are low priority background threads starving for CPU time inside a JET database transaction. When this problem occurs, the performance of the Exchange 2000 Server information store (Store.exe) process is degraded.

Resolution
