FIX: The copied message is corrupted when you copy and paste a message in BizTalk Server 2010 or 2013

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You go to the Binary page in BizTalk Server Administration Console and view the details of a message in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2010 or 2013.
  • The message contains Unicode characters that are in UTF-16 encoding.
  • You copy the message to clipboard and paste it to a text editor.
In this scenario, the copied message is corrupted.
