A country-specific update is available to support changes in the format of electronic Italian Black list report in Microsoft Dynamics AX

The Italian black list report displays and prints a list of taxable transactions with countries that have privileged tax structures. These countries are referred to as "black listed" by the Italian government. This report must be submitted to Italian sales tax authorities in ASCII format. This report is used to maintain and inquire into the status of sales tax transactions. This report is typically used by accountants, collections managers, accounts receivable clerks, accounts receivable managers, sales managers, and sales clerks.


This update extends existing functionality "Italian black list report" to support new ASCII file format (Spesometro) for exporting of the declaration.
ASCII format and corresponding technical descriptions are available in the official portal: http://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it

New format replaces existing format.


Supporting of the new format resulted in extending setup of the report to include additional mandatory parameters into the declaration:

• Company designation
• ATECOFIN Code
• Writer details
• Writer fiscal code
• Writer designation
• Writer role, Place of birth
• Province of birth
• Birth date, Gender
• First name
• Last name
