Russia/RUS: An update is available to support for lightweight connectors in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 for Retail POS

Symptoms

This article describes that an update is available to provide a POS extension for the support of lightweight connectors in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2. The new functionality is implemented by using the AX Payment SDK framework. It enables Pin Pad supporting outside POS and connector doesn't deal with secure customer data. The new EFT service can be updated in concordance with customer needs as a part of POS SDK.

Prerequisites

You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 installed to apply this hotfix.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.

File information
