Visual Studio 2013 crashes when you try to start it without the corresponding language pack

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You add a language pack onto a prerelease version for Microsoft Visual Studio 2013.
  • You upgrade to a later version of Visual Studio 2013 (Microsoft Visual Studio 2013) without the corresponding language pack.
  • You try to start the later version of Visual Studio 2013.

In this scenario, Visual Studio crashes.

To resolve this issue, download and install the language packs for Visual Studio 2013
