CodeLens does not display data in Visual Studio 2013 after you upgrade from TFS Preview to TFS RTM

Symptoms

Assume that you have Microsoft Visual Studio Ultimate 2013 connected to Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2013 Preview. In this situation, after you upgrade from TFS Preview to TFS RTM, the CodeLens Code Health Indicator feature in Visual Studio does not display data that is returned from TFS.

Note This problem occurs if you do not restart Visual Studio during the upgrade process.

Workaround

To work around this problem, restart Visual Studio 2013.
