Mailbox Replication service crashes when you try to move mailboxes in an Exchange Server 2010 environment

Symptoms

When you run the New-MoveRequest cmdlet in Exchange Management Shell (EMS) or create a move request in Exchange Management Console (EMC) to move a mailbox in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment, the Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Replication service crashes. Additionally, the following event is logged in the Application log:

Cause

This issue occurs because a System.AccessViolationException exception occurs in replication.

To resolve this issue, install the following update rollup:
