XCON: Highlighted Text Is Not Legible After Migration from cc:Mail to Exchange 2000

View products that this article applies to.

Symptoms

After you migrate messages from Lotus cc:Mail to Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server by using the Exchange Migration Wizard, any highlighted text in the messages may not be legible.

For example, if a message contains the word "highlight," and that word is highlighted in the original cc:Mail message, after you migrate the message to Exchange 2000, that word may be displayed as "^C1hlight" when the client views the message.
