Consider the following scenario in Service Dispatch in Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011:
When you do this, you notice that a second instance of the Service Call Entry screen is opened. The expectation is that only one instance of the screen should be opened when there is a setting of ExpressMode=T in the Solomon.ini file.
- You update the Solomon.ini file to add a setting of ExpressMode=T.
- You open Graphical Dispatch Board (SD.900.00).
- You right-click a Service Call ID and select Service Call Entry.
- You leave Service Call Entry (SD.200.00) open, right-click a different Service Call ID, and select Service Call Entry.
When you do this, you notice that a second instance of the Service Call Entry screen is opened. The expectation is that only one instance of the screen should be opened when there is a setting of ExpressMode=T in the Solomon.ini file.
