A country-specific update is available to support the Russian address format in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 for Retail POS

Russian address format in AX has some differences compared to international formats. The Russian address postal format is defined by legislation and should be in the following order:

• For organization - short or full name, for person - Last name, first name
• Street name, building number, flat number
• Settlement name (city, village and so on)
• County name
• State or province name
• Country name
• ZIP or postal code

According to the Russian legislation, the company has to use so-called KLADR (Russian state classifier of addresses). In addition, the Russian tax authority spreads the Russian address data (KLADR/FIAS) and the companies must take it into accounts during statement report preparation.
