INTRODUCTION

Issue that this hotfix package fixes

  • Consider the following scenario:
    • You configure an IMAP email account in Outlook 2010.
    • On the Deleted Item tab in the Internet E-mail Settings dialog box, you select Mark items for deletion but do not move them automatically.
    • You open an IMAP folder that contains some email items in Outlook 2010, and then you delete more than one email item.
    • You select more than one email item that is marked for deletion and right-click the items that you select.
    In this scenario, the Undelete menu does not appear in the shortcut menu.

To install this hotfix package, you must have either Microsoft Office 2010 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or Service Pack 2 (SP2) installed.
